1. Agreement to Terms
By using the services of A Release Me Bail Bonds (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all defendants (defendants, co-signers, or payors) who use our services in person, by phone, or through our website. If you disagree with these Terms, do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
A Release Me Bail Bonds provides licensed bail bond services in accordance with Louisiana law. We arrange the release of defendants from custody by securing a bond and guaranteeing their appearance in court.
We are authorized to act on behalf of licensed surety companies to execute bail bonds in Louisiana.
3. Payments
Per Louisiana state law, all bail bond premiums are non-refundable once the bond is posted. The standard bail bond fee is 12% of the total bond amount or $120, whichever is greater.
Payment Processing:
All payments—including credit card, debit card, ACH, or online transactions—may be collected and processed through The Agency Network, a third-party financial management service. By submitting payment through our system, you agree to allow The Agency Network to process and retain records of your payment per regulatory and contractual obligations.

Payment plans may be available on a case-by-case basis, and collateral may be required depending on the bail amount, credit risk, or co-signer circumstances.
4. Co-Signer Responsibility
If you act as a co-signer (indemnitor), you are fully responsible for ensuring the defendant appears at all court proceedings. If the defendant fails to appear, you may be held liable for the entire face amount of the bond and any recovery, court, or forfeiture costs.
5. Collateral
Collateral may be requested for certain bonds. Acceptable collateral may include real estate, vehicles, cash, or other personal property. Collateral will be returned after the court final discharges the bond, minus any fees or costs incurred.
6. Missed Court Dates & Forfeitures
The bond may be forfeited if the defendant fails to appear in court. A warrant may be issued, and a recovery agent (bounty hunter) may be deployed. The co-signer will be responsible for all financial losses, recovery costs, and outstanding obligations in such cases.
7. Refunds
Per Louisiana law, all bail bond premiums are non-refundable, even if the charges are dropped, dismissed, or the case resolves quickly. Any unused collateral will be returned after full bond exoneration and completion of case review.
8. Privacy
All information collected during the bail process is confidential and governed by our Privacy Policy. A Release Me Bail Bonds and The Agency Network will not sell or share your information beyond what is necessary to execute and service your bond.
9. Communication Consent
Using our services, you consent to receive phone, SMS, email, or postal communications regarding your bond, court dates, payments, and follow-up requests. Msg & data rates may apply.
10. Limitation of Liability
A Release Me Bail Bonds is not responsible for delays in court processing, jail release procedures, or errors in defendant information provided by third parties. Our liability is strictly limited to the services provided and under Louisiana state law.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately unless stated otherwise. Continued use of our services after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
